Given the START database of terror attacks from 1970 to 2015, I compared the difference between suicide attacks occuring before 9/11, and then afterwards. Using Bayesian Inference, I calculated whether the difference had statistical significance.
Additionally, because the database is missing most of the data from 1993, I imputed the number of attacks and by type for that year.
